ELEFANTINO GREY - Your FAMILY Hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elefantino Grey for a week, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel and its staff left a positive impression on me. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good selection, although there were moments when certain items needed replenishing. However, the attentive staff promptly addressed this when brought to their attention. One small suggestion would be to include a kettle in the room for added convenience. I must commend Tommy, a member of the staff, for going above and beyond to assist me. He even took the time to find out the channel for the Rugby World Cup, showing exceptional customer service. In conclusion, my stay at Elefantino Gret was a pleasant one, thanks to the welcoming staff and comfortable amenities. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and would consider returning in the future.✨️

For 530 eur for 2 nights , this hotel does not worth one dime. In reality it is a 2 star hotel. The rooms are very small, you feel like in the summer camp. Dust and lack of clean appliances. The A/C works like an old V8 . Balcony doors that close just to stay close / outside noises in the room. We paid less in Venice with much better conditions. In a nutshell, you fell like 1970’s without any upgrades nor resorations🙁

I found the hotel on booking and called to check the check in times. Despite the card malfunction, they reserved the room and welcomed us with a self-check in at 10pm, demonstrating spontaneous and authentic attention to the presence of a tired child. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the Mirabilandia car park, it can be easily reached and there is ample free parking on the side of the road. They offered us a solution at a lower price than those present online, a double room with a very comfortable bed, simple but functional furnishings for the size, small balcony, bathroom with window, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Hygienically impeccable bathroom, adequately sized shower cabin, clean and with attention to detail, perfectly functioning drain: generally it gives the measure of care and professionalism. Having a child, they made me find a riser for the sink in the bathroom. We rested very well, despite the high season and the beach just a few meters away. In the price they included a well-made brunch breakfast, rich and with fresh products in complete self-service also for drinks, available until 1pm. In the garden adjacent to the breakfast room there are various children's games, which in this hotel can be felt in every corner as if they were welcome. Check out is at 11am and when we left the hotel they gave us a liter bottle of water. A gesture of kindness that underlined even more the great professionalism, friendliness and warmth of the welcome of all the staff of this hotel, to which I would really give 10 stars. I take this opportunity to thank you all and I can't wait to return for a longer stay.

I have been a customer of this hotel for a week. What can I say, I had a great time and would gladly go back. The room was large and very tidy and clean. My room overlooked the street but you couldn't hear the noise from outside and this I must say is a plus point compared to other very busy places in the area. As for the breakfast service, they had a wide range of both savory and sweet foods, breakfast was from 8 to 13 with the possibility of having brunch. The chef prepared everything freshly every day with great attention. The waiter was always kind and polite and very attentive to customers. I met some really good owners, they are young guys with a great desire to work who always put you at ease, ready to advise you on what to see, where to go and eat and how to best spend your holiday. The guys at the reception were very formal, always with a smile, I had a problem with the bike and they immediately found the best solution to solve it. The location is really very convenient, the center is 15 minutes away on foot and really a few minutes by bike. Another small detail, I highly recommend trying their bar service because they have a great choice of drinks or appetizers Vouchers .

We only stayed one night, but in our opinion it really deserves 5 stars. The rooms with the balcony are well equipped, although the bathroom is a little small but has everything you need. The service is excellent, the breakfast (or bruch) is very abundant and of good quality, with a variation between sweet and savory. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As for the location, it is very strategic, a few steps from the sea and the center. We didn't find any problems with parking. We will be back.
